Well guys, it’s been a really long time since I have put out a DJ Mix. So this is going to be a treat for a lot of you out there who grew up listening to my mixes and seeing me live at all the events I spun at. This will be the first of many mixes I will be putting out absolutely FREE as an appreciation of your support throughout the years. And for those of you who don’t know who I am, it’s never too late to start listening to my music and becoming a fan now =).
Let’s talk about this mix, the reason why I named it “Evolution” is because I have evolved as a person and a DJ. Throughout the years I got a lot of criticism for being too commercial or playing “candy” trance. So this mix is a little different than what I usually put out. I would describe it as dance floor friendly trance, with a hint of electro, and my signature “haunting” vocals. I am known for playing tracks with amazing vocals that gives everyone goosebumps on the dancefloor and this mix is a showcase of the new sound that I have embraced.
Please show your support by spreading the word on forums, FaceBook, Blogs, YouTube, MySpace, Twitter, and definitely tell all your friends about it! I want to get this mix out into everyone’s iPod, so I’d appreciate your help! I would like to send a special thanks to DJ Slim and Empire Recordings for the drops during the mix. @ Brian.. look for a site called import dj or something like that based out of san jose me thinks. Bought some cd’s from there.. that are scratched up by now too lol. Think I also bought and downloaded (speed racer) from either tranceamerica or one of the DJ Epic affiliated sites but that was a while ago so don’t quote me on that. good luck
dj epic is the man! rockin’ to his stuff since 95,96,97 I want to say? I first found his stuff in AOL private room mp3… used to be able to get tracks here and there until /yournamehere find dj epic would turn up no resluts. fast forward 10 years and was lucky enough to find that import djs website and trance america and start buying his stuff. I’ve bought almost everything they have, but now can’t find that old stuff I used to get from the good old day chat rooms in aol.
Where can I find those old mixes? one mix that comes to mind had this great electro break beat that would go right into the next track “the way you talk”? again way too long ago for me to try and remember but would appreciate it if someone could let me know.

About 6 years ago, I loved your mixes so much, that I bought about 10 albums. Unfortunately I can’t find them anymore- but very glad to discover Evolution! Thanks!
I remember when I first discovered your music on the RAVE 2000 CD back when I was still in middle school (which was almost 10 years ago!) and then rushing getting the GAIA 2010 album as one of the first few CD’s I bought, which I still have to this day. I am definitely looking forward this Evolution album. Thanks again for all the great memories!

I liked the old stuff back when we were putting on Nymphomania 3 with Prodigy Creations… There’s enough trance DJs out there. However, I think only a handful of us appreciate the old stuff. =(

Where are your double platinum albums like Total Eclipse, Fourplay, and Happy House. Brings back fond memories of getting the latest DJ Epic CD. And I had them all. I had Avalon stuck in my CD player in my car for a year and never got tired of it. LOL
